Extra Time can offer a range of after school clubs in football, netball, basketball, rugby, dance, gymnastics, athletics and cricket that are linked closely to the National Curriculum for children aged from 4-16.

These are:

Held at your school
Available for any number of children
Available for all age groups from 4-16
For any school of whatever size

All sessions are planned in detail to offer differentiated activity for children of varying ages. This means every child will enjoy the sessions but be challenged without finding the activity too difficult.

Extra Time's coaches will:

Arrive at your school at least 15 minutes before your after school club starts and always before the end of your school day
Not leave until the last parent has picked up their child
Be entirely responsible for looking after the children on the course from the second school finishes until their parent picks them up after the Extra Time session

Extra Time will:

Handle all the administration for your after school course
Will print and send out letters for the first course via your school office and come and speak in assembly if you would like (and then after that hand letters out at the sessions)
Collect all the responses back and produce a comprehensive register with contact numbers and medical details
Control all payment which is direct from parents to Extra Time so your school will be at no risk of losing money and parents can choose for their children to take part if they wish

All Extra Time's after school coaches are very experienced in delivering the sessions outlined above, are qualified to coach their given sport or a variety of sports and have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau. Extra Time can offer a number of coaches for every after-school session.

Extra Time treats health and safety coupled with child protection with the utmost importance. Children should bring a change of clothing, trainers, snacks and drinks. It is recommended that they bring football boots and shin pads for football and rugby sessions though these are not essential. A football education programme will be taught indoors in the event of adverse weather conditions so long as your school can provide a suitable hall or classroom. This will involve low contact games or educational activities and quizzes related to the sport in question.

Extra Time's current after school programme is as follows:

Mondays: Football clubs at Lostock Gralam and Great Budworth

Tuesdays: Football clubs at Over St. Johns and Eaton

Wednesdays: Football clubs at Tarporley and Frodsham

Thursdays: Football Clubs at Whitley and James Brindley

Fridays: Netball at Great Budworth TBC

Saturday: Great Budworth
